My work explores the meeting of functional pottery and the organic textures of nature. While creating pieces for everyday use, I am drawn to tactile surfaces, earthy forms and the natural unpredictability of glazes. I love the quiet, grounding process of transforming raw clay into something meaningful, allowing the kiln to create surfaces that feel weathered and naturally formed. I aim to bring a sense of the outdoors into everyday rituals, creating pieces that invite touch and make simple moments, from morning coffee to shared meals, feel more connected to the earth.
